UKNW SOUNDS : Les danois d’Underdog Records

Changer ses habitudes pour ne jamais se lasser. Voila le dicton de la semaine pour UKNW SOUNDS. Cette fois-ci ce n’est pas un, ni deux, ni trois artistes que nous allons aborder mais bien quatre !!!. Alors bien sûr ils ne sont pas choisis au hasard, ils ont en effet 2 points communs : ils sont danois et font partis du label groovy français UNDERDOG RECORDS. Soyons galants et commençons par NANNA.B. Avec sa voix douce et pleine de groove, elle nous propose une soul calme, posée sur un beat lourd. Alors certes, on peut la découvrir pour l’instant sur seulement 2 titres mais qui sont suffisamment alléchants pour patienter jusqu’en avril, date de sortie de son premier album Vitaphone.

 

 

Filons maintenant en Allemagne avec 4 GUYS FROM THE FUTUR. Ahh Berlin, capitale européenne de la culture underground ! Le lieu parfait pour faire des rencontres et rêver de nouveaux projets artistiques. C’est ce qui est arrivé en 2009 à Bjarke, Jarno, Mads et Rasmus. Désolé de décevoir tout ce qui y croyaient mais non, ces 4 mecs ne viennent pas du futur, mais juste de Copenhague. Ayant tous déjà joué et jouant encore dans d’autres groupes, ils nous offrent un premier projet Under The New Morning Sun en 2011. « A coup d’improvisations, d’expérimentations les quatre danois nous livrent un disque aux sons originaux, la voix hypnotique de Bjarke Porsmose fait le reste. »

 

 

La musique, c’est comme une bonne bouffe, rien de mieux que le mélange de saveurs. Du Hip-Hop saupoudré de Reggae et farci de Groove, voila le menu avec SWEATSHOP. C’est en 2007 que l’aventure commence. Les trois compères se connaissaient déjà, Daniel Fridell ayant produit les albums solos de Kuku Agami et Jonas Rendbo. Venant d’univers musicaux différents, ce mix de savoir faire et de cultures nous dévoile quelques petites merveilles. Après nous avoir lâché un premier opus The Hustle, le trio prend son temps pour nous mijoter son EP The Gateway (2012). Preuve de qualité, on peut le retrouver dans la compil’ Nova Tunes avec le single Drug. Alors vivement avril 2013 pour la sortie de leur nouvel album, on en salive d’impatience…

 

 

Mais qui a dit que les gens du nord étaient froids. C’est mal connaitre DAFUNIKS !! Formé en 2008 par Justmike (producteur), DJ Nyber (platines), Christian Jespersen (batterie), Thomas Cox (basse) et Tue Damskov (guitare), le groupe se fait connaitre grâce à un remix  de This Train de Wax Tailor. Avec ces 5 danois, c’est funky, c’est groovy , c’est hip-hop… Bref c’est tout ce qu’on aime !! La collaboration avec UNDERDOG donne naissance à l’album Enter the Sideshow Groove où l’on peut retrouver de nombreuses collaborations comme  Pigeon John, Kuku Agami (le rappeur de SWEATSHOP) & DJ Noize

You have received your order but the product does not suit you?

You can return your products within 15 days of receiving your package, for any order.

For the festive season, the deadlines are extended to 30 days.

The items must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.

How do I return my package from France?

Return shipping from France is free via Mondial Relay.

To return your parcel, it is very simple :

  1. Go to “My account”, in the “My purchases” section,

  2. In the list of your orders, select your order,

  3. If your order is eligible for return, please tick each product you wish to return. If a product has been ordered in several copies, you can indicate the quantity to be returned.

  4. Indicate the reason for the return at the bottom of the order details and click on “Request a return”. You can track your return request in the “Returns” section of the “My purchases” section.

  5. Once your return request has been validated by our team, all you have to do is stick your pre-paid label (provided at the time of delivery) on the package, insert the completed returns form in the parcel and drop it off at a Mondial Relay point.

How can I return my package (International online returns)

International return packages are at the customer’s expense (including cost of shipment by the chosen carrier, customs & duties, taxes, etc.)

To return your parcel, it is very simple :

  1. Go to “My account”, in the “My purchases” section,

  2. In the list of your orders, select your order,

  3. If your order is eligible for return, please tick each product you wish to return. If a product has been ordered in several copies, you can indicate the quantity to be returned.

No, for all internet orders, returns can only be made to the address mentioned above.
