Free delivery in mainland France for purchases of €120 or more via Colissimo Pick-up Point or Colissimo Home Delivery without signature. For orders to Europe (European Union), delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more. Express delivery options, such as Chronopost Express or DHL Express, remain subject to a charge, which is calculated at checkout.

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return an item if it does not suit you. To avoid size-related returns, we recommend that you carefully consult the size guide for the product concerned before placing your order.

Returns are free from mainland France. Thanks to our automated returns portal, you can generate your prepaid label for free and drop off your package at the designated relay point. From abroad, return costs are at the customer's expense. However, a return label can still be generated directly from the portal to facilitate shipping; its cost will then be deducted from the refund or paid when creating the label.
