Shipping is free in mainland France on orders of €120 or more via Colissimo Point Relais or Colissimo Domicile (no signature required). For orders shipped to Europe (European Union), shipping is free on orders of €200 or more. Express shipping options, such as Chronopost Express or DHL Express, are subject to a fee and will be calculated at checkout.

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if it doesn’t fit. To avoid returns due to sizing issues, we recommend that you carefully review the size guide for the product in question before placing your order.

Returns are free of charge from mainland France. Using our automated return portal, you can generate a prepaid shipping label at no cost and drop off your package at the designated pickup location. For returns from outside France, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, a return label can be generated directly through the portal to facilitate shipping; the cost will then be deducted from the refund or paid when the label is created.
