For orders to Europe (European Union), delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more. Returns are free from mainland France. Thanks to our automated returns portal, you can generate your prepaid label for free and drop off your package at the designated relay point. From abroad, return costs are at the customer's expense. However, a return label can still be generated directly from the portal to facilitate shipping; its cost will then be deducted from the refund or paid when creating the label.
