What if we drastically reduced the number of artists collaborating each season? Not gradually, no. Something radical... Like going from a multitude to just 4...

We've had this idea in the back of our minds for a while, and now it's time. Less but better, a form of decrease in the collabs' in order to push the creative process further, improve human exchanges and work hand in hand with everyone, bring more homogeneity and coherence to the theme but also to the wardrobe. 

Each of the 4 artists present at Canopée didn't arrive here by chance. For this premiere, we only invited friends.  Lovers of the forest, happy to share their original works with us, full of memories, anecdotes and poetry.

CAMILLE DE CUSSAC

Camille de Cussac is an illustrator living in Paris. She reigns supreme over a colourful, funny and deceptively naïve world, always set against a white background. Armed with her felt-tip pens, she serves up a menu of colours. Her inspirations are vast, drawing on everything she observes.

JIM KYLAM

A self-taught artist, Jim Kylam composes a graphic universe made up of symbols and ideograms that confront, entangle and respond to each other. On paper as on skin, on canvas as on wood, the artist arranges stories and allegories that it's up to each of us to appropriate and interpret.

QUENTIN MONGE

Cradled by the sun and beaches of Saint-Tropez, Quentin Monge grew up with a head full of colour. He captures a minimalist universe through beautifully composed motifs. A prolific creator, the artist never stops exploring new fields of experimentation, such as painting, collage and motif creation, and he does so with great skill.

TWOTMA

Twotma is a French street artist. Her style, with a free line and her own words, comes from an impulsive and deceptively approximate way of drawing. Always using Indian ink, she spreads her poetry via collages on walls. She draws her inspiration from everyday life, distilling her commitment through illustrations that are at once romantic, sarcastic and utopian.

ATELIER TOKYO NOIR

Founded by Nassim Lahrèche, Atelier Tokyo Noir is an independent graphic design house based in Nantes. Nassim started out studying international business, but soon felt his passion take over and turned naturally and self-taught to graphic design. He began working in his bedroom on portraits, before gradually turning to typography and motion design.

SIMON LANDREIN

Simon is based in Bayonne and divides his time between directing and illustrating. He has recently pared down his extensive range of styles to create simpler, more naive and narrative illustrations.
